Course overview
Overview
Damp and mould is the fastest-growing area of housing compliance — and misdiagnosis is costly. Our Damp & Mould Surveying course gives housing professionals the structured methodology to inspect properly, tell rising damp from penetrating damp from condensation, use moisture meters and thermal imaging with confidence, and produce reports that stand up to scrutiny.
You’ll leave able to identify moisture risks before retrofit work makes them worse, and to act in line with HHSRS, Awaab’s Law and BS 5250 expectations.
